Regional Income Development Executive
Due to continued sales success, Zurich is looking for a
Regional Income Development Executive
to support the sales efforts in our California. This territory includes the southern portion in the state of California and and may include parts of other neighboring states. The ideal candidate will live in the territory.
Zurich Direct Markets specializes in providing Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, to the automotive industry. We have a dedicated sales force of F&I professionals who meet regularly and directly with our customers.
Our Regional Income Development Executives support growth and profitability in an assigned regionthrough sales related to Finance & Insurance book of business to maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers. They will also:
Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space
Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within the dealerships
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders via the relevant medium – e‑mail/intranet/newsletter to maintain good relationships.
Attend conferences, seminars, training events and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts, as needed
Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy‑in to maintain good relationships.
Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
Earn a competitive base salary with a generous no cap incentive plan

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the sales area
OR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the sales area
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
Dealership training experience
Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership
Basic knowledge of all F&I products
Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims
Ability to multi‑task
At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Additional rewards may encompass short‑term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education.
The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed base salary range for this position is $64,600 - $105,900. This position includes a variable component that is based on the office's performance under the applicable sales incentive plan.
