What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team

Collaborate with executive leadership to establish performance metrics

Coordinate efforts with Field Sales Engineers and support teams to meet objectives

Champion and embody the company’s cultural principles in all operations

Implement effective coaching and development strategies for Field Sales Representatives

What is Required (Qualifications)

Previous experience supervising a sales team in a management capacity

Proven track record of training and motivating enterprise sales teams

8+ years of technology sales experience

5+ years of experience in team management/sales supervision

Solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience leading and building a Field Sales Team

Proven ability to inspire and lead enterprise sales teams

3+ years of experience in sales leadership
