What is Required (Qualifications)
Previous experience supervising a sales team in a management capacity
Proven track record of training and motivating enterprise sales teams
8+ years of technology sales experience
5+ years of experience in team management/sales supervision
Solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience leading and building a Field Sales Team
Proven ability to inspire and lead enterprise sales teams
3+ years of experience in sales leadership
