- Emergency ECMO/Impella
- Rarely CABG/cardiac trauma consults
• Other Info:
- The elective CABG/valve consults can be dealt with by primary TCV after the weekend.
- If the staff surgeons are on PTO then the locums will cover that period too; PTO dates to be identified.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• HI License or IMLC
• BC
• ACLS
• CSR/CDS
• DEA
• Health Immunization/vaccination (with dates)
• Recent NPDB
• CV in MM/YYYY format
• Gaps of 30+ days must have explanation provided
