Job Responsibilities
Maintain accountability of Government Hand Receipt accounts through the Auto Scan Tracking System (ASTS) and the Army's Global Combat Support System (GCSS-A), ensuring compliance with Property Book Office (PBO) regulatory requirements. Safely manage loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, delivery, and setup of property, including operation of government vehicles, forklifts, and pallet jacks, with adherence to Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS). Recommend inventory control and accountability processes for hand receipt accounts. Provide location assessment and documentation input for property and equipment. Handle property additions, turn-ins, lateral transfers, cyclic and sensitive items, annual inventory tracking, shipping, receiving, inspection, storing, issuing, delivering, and setup of organizational and installation property. Coordinate and follow up to ensure transactions are accurately recorded and report unresolved issues to the Government point of contact. Ensure all managed property is properly maintained, secured, and protected from loss or damage, with property records maintained in accordance with AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1, DA PAM 710-2-2, and other regulations. Perform wall-to-wall inventory of hand receipted property, document results, analyze issues, and suggest resolutions. Identify on-post found and excess equipment and determine accountability requirements per AR 735-5. Participate in Integrated Process/Product Teams (IPTs) and other scheduled meetings. Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma plus 2 years of general experience. Preferred experience in: Inventory Management Property receipt, storage, transfer, issue, and turn-in ASTS and GCSS-A systems MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Additional Skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong written and oral communication skills. Interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure. Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance. Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and lift/move items over 50 pounds. About the Company
