$15 - $18+ per hour (hourly base pay plus uncapped tiered commission based on meeting sales goals) Job Description As a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate you will manage backroom operations, receive products into the POS system, organize inventory, process weekly pallets, and handle damaged or defective items. You will also provide excellent customer service, maintain product knowledge, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience. Responsibilities

Receive products into the POS system, keeping inventory accurate and organized. Process weekly pallets and manage damaged or defective products, reporting to the Inventory Control Team. Provide every customer with a great experience by maintaining strong product knowledge and giving in‑depth information on product features. Maintain accurate inventory, proper placement and display of merchandise, and complete price updates. Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain store presentation according to company standards, including housekeeping, merchandising, and retail standards in both backroom and workstations. Keep awareness of all product knowledge information, promotions, and advertisements from the Marketing Team. Qualifications

Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience. Ability to work a retail schedule, including occasional nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability for inventory and cash management. Self‑starter mentality with strong attention to detail. Open mind and eagerness to learn and engage with the riding community. Experience with computers and POS systems, particularly RetailPro. Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (not required but a plus).
