What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead daily operational functions for the First Sale program, ensuring compliance and efficiency

Manage broker entry reporting and oversee daily broker operations, including inquiries and census verification

Utilize ACE and InforNexus platforms to produce timely customs reporting and deliver actionable insights

Conduct compliance checks and audits to ensure robust documentation and recordkeeping

Provide custom reporting and analysis on tariffs, duty costs, and spending trends to support strategic decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in customs compliance, trade operations, or import/export operations

Proficiency in ACE, InforNexus, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Strong understanding of U.S. customs regulations and global trade practices

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with First Sale program operations

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with financial tracking and month-end close processes

Experience in conducting post-entry audits and corrections

Knowledge of duty payment processes and tracking refunds
