What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead daily operational functions for the First Sale program, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Manage broker entry reporting and oversee daily broker operations, including HTS Code inquiries
Utilize ACE and InforNexus platforms for accurate customs reporting and actionable insights
Prepare and manage duty chargeback reports, coordinating monthly duty payment processes
Conduct compliance checks and audits to ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in customs compliance, trade operations, or import/export operations
Proficient in ACE, InforNexus, and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
Strong understanding of U.S. customs regulations and global trade practices
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with First Sale program operations
Familiarity with post-entry audits and corrections
Background in financial tracking and month-end close processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of duty costs and spending trends analysis
