What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead daily operational functions for the First Sale program, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Manage broker entry reporting and oversee daily broker operations, including HTS Code inquiries
Utilize ACE and InforNexus platforms for timely customs reporting and actionable insights
Prepare duty chargeback reports and coordinate monthly duty payment processes
Conduct compliance checks and coordinate post-entry audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in customs compliance, trade operations, or import/export operations
Proficient in ACE, InforNexus, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Strong understanding of U.S. customs regulations and global trade practices
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with First Sale program operations
Familiarity with customs compliance audits and documentation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
