What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead daily operational functions for the First Sale program to ensure compliance and efficiency
Manage broker entry reporting and oversee daily broker operations, including HTS Code inquiries and entry-related inquiries
Utilize ACE and InforNexus platforms to produce timely customs reporting and deliver actionable insights
Conduct monthly compliance checks and coordinate post-entry audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Provide custom reporting and analysis on tariffs, duty costs, and spending trends to support strategic business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in customs compliance, trade operations, or import/export operations
Proficient in ACE, InforNexus, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Strong understanding of U.S. customs regulations and global trade practices
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with First Sale program operations
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
