What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead daily operational functions for the First Sale program to ensure compliance and efficiency
Manage broker entry reporting and oversee daily broker operations, including HTS Code inquiries and census verification
Utilize ACE and InforNexus platforms for timely and accurate customs reporting
Conduct compliance checks and audits to ensure robust documentation and recordkeeping
Provide custom reporting and analysis on tariffs, duty costs, and spending trends to support strategic business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in customs compliance, trade operations, or import/export operations
Proficient in ACE, InforNexus, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Strong understanding of U.S. customs regulations and global trade practices
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with First Sale program operations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
