What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead daily operational functions for the First Sale program, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Manage broker entry reporting and oversee daily broker operations, including HTS Code inquiries
Utilize ACE and InforNexus platforms for timely customs reporting and actionable insights
Prepare and manage duty chargeback reports and coordinate monthly duty payment processes
Conduct compliance checks, audits, and monitor entry packet retention for documentation accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in customs compliance or trade operations
Proficient in ACE, InforNexus, and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
Strong understanding of U.S. customs regulations and global trade practices
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with First Sale program operations
Familiarity with post-entry audits and corrections in customs compliance
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
