Responsibilities
Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads at the initial stages of the funnel. Research potential clients, connect with prospects, and educate them before handing them off to sales closers. Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, or social networks and personalize outreach. Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities with appropriate levels of information. Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts. Answer incoming customer calls and route them to the correct direction. Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle. Develop knowledge of the company’s products and monitor account creation to avoid duplicate accounts. Set appointments for the local sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage. Nurture new marketing leads until they are ready to speak with a field sales rep. Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on a strategic sales approach. Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application. Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to function well in a high‑paced, stressful environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Physical Requirements
Positive attitude and willingness to maintain a professional demeanor with clients and team members. Ability to work around common office equipment, supplies, and environments. Oral expression and comprehension: ability to communicate information clearly in speaking. Written comprehension and expression: ability to read and communicate written information clearly. Reasoning: ability to apply general rules to specific problems and recognize when a problem exists. Sitting: ability to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties.
