Alleviation Enterprise LLC is hiring a Sales Team Lead to spearhead direct sales efforts in a designated territory. The role focuses on promoting supplemental insurance products to small and medium-sized businesses and their employees. The ideal candidate leads by example, embodies our mission, and mentors new team members while driving sales results.
Pay Range Base pay: $88,000 – $108,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Lead direct sales efforts and build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Deliver presentations to groups of 50–100+ participants.
Mentor and train new team members; provide coaching and guidance.
Balance sales attainment with team development responsibilities.
Apply effective sales strategies and maintain product knowledge.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and sales staff.
Proven leadership and mentorship experience.
Strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Ability to motivate and create a positive work environment.
Strong product knowledge and ability to train others.
Additional Requirements
Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state, or willingness to obtain it (study course and licensing fees reimbursed).
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience.
