What You’ll Do Avalara is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead regional and segment-based field programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of local activations — including executive dinners, roadshows, roundtables, and sales‑aligned field events — across multiple regions or campaigns.

You will work with Sales, Revenue Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Events to ensure territory‑level engagement ladders into broader GTM strategy. You'll manage field marketing plans aligned to pipeline goals, sales coverage needs, and in‑market feedback.

You'll use AI and technology to improve execution, improve targeting, and scale your team's impact. Most importantly, you'll ensure field marketing is accountable to the metrics that matter: pipeline contribution, sales satisfaction, and marketing‑influenced bookings.

This is a fully remote, US‑based position.
