Insurance Agent – Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
Licensed Sales Agent in Columbia, SC. In‑office, client‑facing role focused on building strong local relationships and in‑person community engagement. This is not a remote position. Active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses required prior to employment.
Pay & Compensation
Base salary range: $32,000 – $100,000 per year (based on skills, experience, location).
Typical training salary: $50k – $60k
First‑year total compensation (base, bonuses, uncapped commissions): $55k – $75k, with potential for top performers to exceed $100k.

Preferred Experience
Previous sales experience turning prospects into customers.
State insurance license, or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
Required Skills

Well‑developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
Great interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
Familiarity with generating and growing leads and customer base.
