Job Summary We are hiring a Sales Engineer in Greenville, SC to support our custom automation business. You will drive new business in the axle segment of the NAFTA automotive market, expanding our presence by leveraging our reputation for high-quality automation solutions.
Key Tasks
Generate and grow new sales within the axle and automotive automation market.
Promote automation solutions to prospective customers.
Develop and manage customer relationships and sales strategies.
Visit customer sites to define automation concepts and opportunities.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals.
Achieve annual sales targets and manage key accounts.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience selling custom automation solutions.
Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Leadership ability.
Axle experience strongly preferred.
Experience in systems integration/automation environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to develop and close new business.
Strategic, self-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic & international).
