Sales Engineer – Robotics, Imaging & Automation
We’re growing and looking for a Sales Engineer or Sales Manager who can build long‑term global OEM relationships and help customers solve complex technical challenges in robotics, drones, autonomous systems, and advanced imaging.

This role is
onsite, Monday–Friday
with a collaborative, high‑ownership team.
What You’ll Do:
Manage OEM customer relationships from first conversation through production
Prospect and qualify new accounts across robotics, drone, imaging, and automotive automation markets
Translate technical requirements into viable optical/camera solutions in partnership with engineering
Prepare quotes, proposals, and oversee order flow
Communicate project status, timelines, and technical details to customers
Represent the company at key industry events (SPIE, Automate, VISION)
Build long‑term, solution‑focused partnerships—not transactional sales
What You’ll Need:
STEM degree preferred (Engineering, Physics, Optics, Robotics, etc.)
Industry experience in imaging, optics, robotics, or cameras can substitute
1–2+ years of experience
in a technical, engineering, or customer‑facing role
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work through complex challenges
Excellent communicator able to simplify technical concepts
Organized, self‑directed, and comfortable owning your workflow
Social, outgoing, and globally minded
Preferred
Experience with optics, imaging, robotics, drones, or related technologies
Background in B2B solution sales or OEM account management
Familiarity working alongside engineering/manufacturing teams
