What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Handle moderately complex first‑party Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Medical Pay claims to conclusion
Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims while making coverage determinations
Serve as the owning adjuster for injury exposure cases, managing files with reserves up to policy limits
Collaborate with colleagues on coverage issues and contribute to committee presentations
Assist with FNOL calls, Claims Advisory Support, and Casualty Support as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 1‑2 years of claims experience
Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to obtain and maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses within the first 90 days of employment
Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in computer navigation
Solid understanding of insurance coverages and ability to work in a remote setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior experience handling PIP claims and first‑party medical coverage
Knowledge of collision, loss‑of‑use, third‑party property damage, and bodily injury exposures
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Bilingual skills are a plus
