Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Use scanning devices or order lists to identify and retrieve items.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all orders picked.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist in maintaining warehouse organization.
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Meet established productivity targets for picking speed and accuracy.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and the use of PPE.
