Responsibilities:
- Pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and RF scanner prompts.
- Verify product accuracy and quantity before moving items to the packing or staging area.
- Ensure all picked items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and general warehouse area.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including proper use of PPE and safe operation of any equipment.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory verification.
- Communicate any picking discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Must be able to perform lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and follow instructions accurately.
- Proficiency with RF scanners or similar technology.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in logistics is beneficial.
