What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients
Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
Work independently and as part of a team in a distraction-free environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bilingual Spanish-English skillset required
Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High-speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with the insurance industry and related sales techniques
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Strong adaptability to changing business needs
Knowledge of state licensing requirements for insurance sales
Demonstrated success in a metric-driven sales environment
