What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day

Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable

Foster a distraction-free environment to ensure full attention to customer interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bilingual Spanish-English skillset required

Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections

Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

High-speed broadband cable internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds

Experience in customer-facing roles that require full attention

Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with the insurance industry and its regulations
