What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30‑40 inbound calls per day

Maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable

Support a distraction‑free environment for customer interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset required

Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, particularly in negotiating and overcoming objections

Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Strong capability to work independently and as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Inbound sales experience is a plus

Familiarity with maintaining state licenses and compliance requirements

Experience in a customer‑facing role
