Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and increasing share of wallet.
Drive proactive sales conversations through inbound and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
Create customer loyalty and growth through differentiated customer experience, lobby engagement, and education on financial management options.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
Manage risk and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures with sound judgment and heightened scrutiny.
Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.
