Develop and analyze data related to complex actuarial functions

Train and mentor Actuarial Analysts
Prepare rate filing materials and support data for regulatory agencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actuarial support
What is Required (Qualifications)
BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of experience in statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance, or a graduate degree with 3 years of experience
Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
Strong analytical and communication skills
At least 5 years of experience in personal lines pricing insurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Proven oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
Team leadership experience
In-depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and insurance marketplace
Basic computer software programming skills
