About Us Founded in 1988, Moisture Loc provides waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation, mold remediation, drainage and structural foundation services including foundation repair. The primary service region is the Charlotte Metropolitan area and surrounding areas. Services are provided for new residential construction as well as existing homes. Today, Moisture Loc is the largest family-owned residential waterproofing company in the Carolinas.

What You’ll Do

Travel to customer sites daily by company vehicle

Listen actively to customer’s concerns

Conduct home consultations and thorough inspections to assess waterproofing needs

Educate homeowners on foundation, basement and crawl space waterproofing solutions

Provide estimates and close sales

Follow up on open proposals

Provide detailed instructions to the installation teams

Meet regularly with Production Leaders to brief on closed projects

Stay in regular contact with active customers through the duration of any sold project

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Stay up to date on industry trends and local regulations

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites daily by company vehicle

Adhere to all company policies regarding company vehicle driving and upkeep

Ensure company equipment is being used safely and properly

Compensation This is a full-time opportunity with competitive commission-based compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, paid holidays and a 401(k).

Requirements

Ability to pass pre-employment screening including a background check

Clean record and valid driver’s license

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Education & Experience

Relevant experience in commercial sales, preferably in construction or waterproofing is preferred but not required

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus

Nature of Work / Conditions

Work requires constant movement, is physical and can include standing, bending, and crawling in tight spaces.

Work is performed both inside and outside with moderate noise
