Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Description You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. In this role, you will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You'll partner with a leading pharmaceutical company, one of Syneos Health's long‑term clients with robust relationships.

Responsibilities

Proactively demonstrate and promote the client’s products to targeted and non‑targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in the territory; develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions for the appropriate patient.

Build and maintain relationships with influential customers in the territory to enhance company/product loyalty and strengthen the client’s brands.

Use a defined selling model to obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call, thereby improving territory engagement results.

Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult, influence, and sustain customer relationships, customizing discussions with physicians based on their needs.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

Two years of pharmaceutical, medical‑device, medical‑diagnostic sales or business‑to‑business sales experience.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required, including overnight stays and/or weekends.

Must reside within the territory or within its boundaries.

Desired Requirements

Relevant disease‑state experience (e.g., respiratory, immunology, diabetes).

Documented history of proven sales success.
