The Role As a Proposal Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, coordination, and delivery of winning proposals across large-scale infrastructure and energy projects nationwide. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—from operations and estimating to marketing and business development—to produce compelling, compliant, and visually sharp responses that set us apart. Mission-Critical – Experience leading complex proposals for data centers, critical infrastructure, or high-security facilities Federal – Deep understanding of government RFPs, FAR/DFARS compliance, and proposal strategy in public sector contracting Creative – A background in storytelling, visual formatting, branding, and layout design for proposals and pursuit materials What You’ll Do Manage the end-to-end proposal process from RFP receipt to submission Partner with internal teams to shape pursuit strategy and win themes Drive content development, compliance, layout, and delivery timelines Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and excellence What You Bring 5–10+ years of experience in proposal development, pursuit strategy, or marketing Strong writing, editing, and layout skills (InDesign experience is a plus) Proven ability to lead complex, deadline-driven pursuits under pressure A self-starter mindset with sharp attention to detail and a collaborative attitude Why Join?
