Order Picker

Job Summary:
Join our dedicated logistics team in Boise, Idaho, as an Order Picker! We need motivated individuals to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to pick products from our warehouse shelves according to order specifications. This role requires precision, speed, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You will be an integral part of our supply chain process.
Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret pick lists or use RF scanners to locate and retrieve items.
• Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Stage picked items in the designated area for packing and shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to maximize efficiency.
• Follow all company safety guidelines, including proper lifting methods and the consistent use of PPE.
• Report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Contribute positively to team efforts and overall warehouse logistics performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is beneficial.
• Ability to accurately read and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail to prevent picking errors.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
• Commitment to safety standards and proper use of PPE.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
