Job Summary:

Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and occasional heavy Lifting (up to 40 lbs). Good organizational and time management skills. Understanding of basic warehouse Logistics and inventory principles. A commitment to safety and attention to detail is crucial. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Team player mentality and a willingness to learn.

This role is based in a warehouse environment which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and noise. The job requires significant time spent on your feet, walking, bending, and lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage picked orders for quality control and shipping.
- Operate order picking equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Properly wear and maintain required PPE , including safety vests and footwear.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Contribute to meeting daily order fulfillment targets.
