Job Summary:
Join our expanding logistics operations as an Order Picker in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is essential to our fulfillment process, ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, using hand-held scanners and other technology to track inventory movement. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or misplaced items.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed picking productivity targets.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as required.
