Cardiology Services Director
to lead its comprehensive, growing Cardiology program.
This role provides oversight of
both invasive and non-invasive cardiology services , including Cath Lab, EP, Echo and diagnostic testing. The program includes multiple Cath Labs and EP labs, with ongoing growth in its structural heart services.
Excellent physician partnerships and stable cardiology staffing allows this leader to focus on
program growth, operational performance, capacity planning, and financial stewardship .

What we’re looking for
Master’s-prepared cardiology leader
8–10+ years of progressive cardiology leadership experience
Invasive cardiology background required
(Cath Lab; EP preferred)
Clinical background required
Collaborative, hands‑on leadership style with strong financial acumen
Compensation & benefits
$150K–$190K base salary
(experience‑dependent)
