Coastal Southeast
to identify an experienced
Director of Cardiac Services
to lead
comprehensive invasive and non-invasive cardiology services
across a growing program. This role provides oversight of
invasive cardiology (Cath Lab and EP)
as well as
non-invasive cardiology (Echo and diagnostic testing) , with continued expansion in
structural heart services . The program includes
multiple Cath Labs (including a hybrid lab) and EP labs , and works in close partnership with engaged physician leadership. Staffing within cardiology is stable, allowing this leader to focus on
capacity planning, procedural growth, throughput optimization, and financial stewardship , rather than day-to-day staffing gaps. The ideal candidate enjoys being close to operations and is comfortable balancing clinical advancement with practical, financially responsible decision‑making. Why the Coastal Southeast

$150K–$190K base salary
