Cardiology Services Director
to lead a growing program encompassing
invasive and non-invasive cardiology .
This leader will oversee
Cath Lab, Electrophysiology (EP), and non-invasive cardiology services , including Echo and diagnostic testing. The program features
multiple Cath Labs and EP labs , with continued growth in
structural heart services . Physician relationships are strong, and cardiology staffing is stable, allowing the focus to remain on
program growth, capacity planning, operational performance, and financial stewardship .
This role is ideal for a seasoned cardiology leader who enjoys being close to operations, partnering with physicians, and thoughtfully expanding services in a financially responsible environment.

What we’re looking for
Master’s-prepared cardiology leader
8–10+ years
of progressive cardiology leadership experience
Strong invasive cardiology background required
(Cath Lab; EP preferred)
Clinical background required
Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with solid financial acumen
Compensation and benefits
$150K–$190K base salary
(experience-based)
