Nealy Pierce, LLC
Nealy Pierce has partnered with a well-respected nonprofit health system in the
Coastal Southeast
to identify an experienced
Director Cardiac Services
who enjoys leading from the front and building strong, trusted programs. This leader will guide
both invasive and non-invasive cardiology services , including Cath Lab, EP, and diagnostic cardiology. The program is well established, physician relationships are strong, and the focus is on thoughtful growth, particularly in structural heart. It’s an opportunity to step into a role where your experience is valued and your voice matters. We’re looking for a master’s-prepared cardiology leader with a solid invasive background who leads in a hands-on, collaborative way. Someone who understands the realities of reimbursement and capacity, but also cares deeply about team culture, stability, and doing right by patients and staff. A clinical background (RN or RT) is required. This role offers a lifestyle many leaders are quietly looking for - warm weather, access to the water, outdoor living year-round, and a pace that allows you to enjoy life outside of work, without giving up the complexity or impact of your role. Compensation ranges from
$150,000–$190,000 , depending on experience. Executive benefits include employer-funded health coverage with an HRA, generous front-loaded PTO, 401(k) match, and fully paid short- and long-term disability. Relocation support is available.
