Weare seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procedure Scheduler to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role provides day-to-day oversight of the scheduling team and acts as a liaison between leadership and staff. The Procedure Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and supporting team performance and development.

Coordinate and schedule patient procedures, including patient preparation guidance. Monitor team performance and escape issues to leadership as needed. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members. Collaborate with leadership to achieve team and departmental goals. Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and patients. Requirements and Qualifications:
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues efficiently. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or other scheduling software. Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT coding and medical terminology preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting. Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling surgeries or procedures preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory procedure scheduling role preferred.
