We are seeking a highly personable and relationship-focused Account Executive who thrives on building genuine connections with clients and partners across the United States. This role is ideal for someone who may not come from a traditional sales background, but who naturally earns trust, understands client needs, and successfully closes deals through strong, long-term relationships.
The Account Executive will represent the company at customer sites, industry events, and client meetings nationwide, serving as a key ambassador of our brand, values, and services.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, clients, and strategic partners
Travel nationwide (minimum 50%) to meet with existing and prospective clients
Attend and represent the company at customer events, industry conferences, trade shows, and networking functions
Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement
Drive new business opportunities through relationship-building rather than transactional selling
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through trust, service, and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and opportunities
Act as a professional brand ambassador at all times while traveling and attending events

Qualifications & Skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
Comfortable traveling nationwide on a frequent basis (minimum 50%)
Confident, professional, and personable presence with clients and stakeholders
Ability to naturally influence decisions through trust and rapport
Self‑motivated and able to manage time and travel independentlyExperience in account management, client services, business development, or relationship‑based roles preferred
Sales experience is a plus but
not required
Ability to represent the company professionally in diverse client environments
