Opportunity Our EPM team applies cutting‑edge technology and techniques to deliver solutions. You will help clients navigate planning, budgeting, forecasting and integrate analytical reporting solutions. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you bridge business problems with technical solutions, guiding decisions to align with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client engagement teams and deliver professional services, focusing on business development in strategic accounts.
Ensure effective management and delivery of technology solutions, maintaining quality and risk management.
Engage in continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions.
Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
Establish procedures affecting the work area and broader business functions.
Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and consistently deliver quality services.
Drive high‑quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
Monitor progress, manage risk and keep stakeholders informed.
Manage client service delivery expectations and stay current on industry trends.
Effectively motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills.
Provide constructive on‑the‑job feedback and coaching.
Foster an innovative, inclusive, team‑oriented environment and mentor junior consultants.
Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships and networks.
Assist strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes and transformation solutions.
Application and tool analysis; cloud computing architecture; cybersecurity and privacy architecture; complex problem‑solving and critical thinking; building and managing relationships; communicating with impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year degree).
Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of five years’ experience providing complex consultative services in master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
Working knowledge of a modern EPM solutions component (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik).
Strong working knowledge and point of view on evolving EPM concepts and practices.
Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value‑add solutions with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Backgrounds may include:
Financial analyst / FP&A support
Systems admin for EPM solutions
Long‑range, strategic, and capital planner
Implementation consultant
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; excellent oral and written communication.
Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally You’ll Also Have
Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT (preferred).

What We Offer You
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $139,100 to $254,900 in the U.S., and adjusted ranges for some metros.
