Responsibilities
Manage client engagement teams and deliver professional services across a variety of clients. Lead technology solution delivery, ensuring quality and risk management. Drive continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions. Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes. Establish procedures within your area and influence broader business functions. Make informed technical decisions aligned with business outcomes, guiding architecture translations from requirements. Skills and Attributes for Success
Build and maintain client relationships; consistently deliver quality work on time and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed. Manage client service delivery expectations and stay current on industry trends. Motivate diverse, cross-functional teams; provide coaching and mentoring. Foster an innovative, inclusive, team-oriented environment and support business development opportunities. Assist in strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes, and transformational solutions. Analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication abilities. Willingness to travel to meet client needs. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year). Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience; minimum five years of complex consultative experience in master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting. Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into value-add solutions. Backgrounds may include Financial Analyst/FP&A, EPM systems admin, long-range planning, or implementation consulting. Excellent verbal and written communication; willingness to travel.
