We are currently hiring for the role of

Enterprise Account Manager .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively support assigned accounts (Strategic, National, and International Accounts) by developing close, working relationships with key personnel of corporate, divisional, and departmental level accounts to further the development of the business relationships to lead to increased sales opportunities for Kele.

Develop proposals and strategies (including pricing and product mix) that provide profitable and viable options to assigned accounts while leading to increased sales opportunities for Kele.

Act as the lead across departments in the account management, communication, and coordination of services to assigned accounts to include check and balances and territory edits on new international accounts.

Maintain account assignments and hierarchy for accounts in appropriate database.

Work across departments to investigate concerns related to orders, invoices, etc.

Create and distribute required reports for sales team.

Organize agreements for each assigned account, create and maintain cadence for: price changes (notification and override implications), identification of channels used by customer and corresponding pricing methodology, updating customer designations, renewal timelines, national accounts tags, and overrides.

Act as the lead across departments assisting with special projects.

Track and assist in creation, utilization, and delivery of Quarterly Business Review content.

Assist in creation of content for customer‑facing presentations.

Assist in creation and documentation of business processes to be used for assigned account initiatives.

Drive engagement of other department stakeholders to provide feedback and input needed to ensure initiative integration into Kele SOP/Teams.

Identify and present process improvements for consideration and implementation.
