Position Overview We are currently hiring for the role of
Sales Operations Specialist . The primary role of the Sales Operations Specialist is to organize sales efforts and provide strategic direction for sales processes and toolsets. The sales operations specialist works with mid and senior level management, inside sales executives, marketing, and analytics departments. The sales operations specialist increases sales efficiency by harmonizing and focusing sales efforts and creates best practice for tool usage, dashboarding and data hygiene.
Responsibilities
Thorough working knowledge of Salesforce platform, including but not limited to Sales cloud, report generation, dashboard generation, visualization and creating sustainable business cadence/best practices.
Liaison between departments within the company: IT, Analytics and Marketing. Collaborates to implement strategy, process design, and information sharing.
Generates strategies and owns schedule for creating sales segments for sales actions. Leverages Kele’s customer data platform to create strategic engagements.
Create dashboards and report metrics for sales activities.
Drives bookings forecasting process and cadence and coordinates with stakeholders in other departments as needed.
Organizes and drives account and opportunity management cadence. Drives timely completion and usage of account management tools.
Documents action items from internal and external account reviews and tracks completion leveraging account planning toolset/data.
Organizes unique initiatives for each sales team in Salesforce and provides reporting associated with key success indicators for sales department.
Creates and drives cadence for regular sales team huddles, attainment meetings, and account reviews.
