Phlebotomist II Float
Location: Las Vegas, NV – Friday to Tuesday, 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
Quest Diagnostics is seeking a licensed Phlebotomist II Float to support a variety of patient centers. The role requires a state phlebotomy license (NHA licenses not accepted in CA, WA, NV). The position offers a dynamic work environment, shift‑based pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Pay range $21.35+ per hour. Eligible for shift differential (10% for some hours on second shift, 15% on third shift). Annual performance bonus may be available.

Responsibilities
Cover assigned territory (Patient Service Center, doctor’s office, or other sites) performing phlebotomy duties.
Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
Collect specimens per procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
Enter billing information and collect payment when required.
Coach and mentor new employees; serve as point of contact and provide input to group lead or supervisor.
Travel to additional sites as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
Three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Minimum two years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service experience in retail or service setting preferred.
Keyboard/data entry skills.
Effectively communicate in English.
