Product Specialist

Base Pay Range $60.00/hr - $61.00/hr
DSI is seeking a Product Specialist who will have the responsibilities listed below.
Responsibilities
Create and manage changes to Salesforce without user interruption.
Configure/modify the org to maximize usability and business benefits.
Provide daily administration and support user setup, permission sets/groups, object/field/record type/page layout/validation customization.
Manage CRUD permissions and maintain user & system licenses.
Communicate new features, enhancements, and changes; enable adoption.
Monitor usage; mentor users and groups that need assistance.
Document company processes and workflows; develop process documentation & field maps.
Build new processes and associated reporting; create & maintain reports (including folder maintenance) and dashboards.
Monitor and manage exception logs for back‑end system integrations with Salesforce (SFDC).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of relevant experience administering Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
Excellent analysis and problem‑solving skills; strong attention to detail.
Self‑starter with strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Enthusiastic communicator with professional presence.
Strong work ethic, dependable time & attendance, and punctuality.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Experience with Drawloop, Copado, ezProtect, OwnBackup (backups & seeding), Metazoa Snapshot.
Advanced reporting, dashboarding, and data hygiene best practices.
