Product Specialist 5/PS5 – Columbus, OH (Remote)
We are currently accepting resumes for a Product Specialist 5/PS5 position in Columbus, OH. This position is remote, with occasional on‑site meetings and required travel for meetings as needed.
Salary:
$136K–$141K Benefits:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
Job Description
Create and manage changes to the system without interruption to the user.
Modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability.
Daily administration and support of Salesforce including multiple user setups, permission groups, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
CRUD management & maintenance of user and system licenses.
Communicate with users regarding new features, enhancements, and system changes.
Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance.
Continuously seek ways to enhance the end‑user experience.
Document company processes and workflows.
Develop process documentation and field maps.
Create new processes and associated reporting.
Import data as appropriate.
Monitor and manage exception logs for back‑end system integration with SFDC.
Monitor, maintain & improve data quality.
Create & maintain dashboards.
Create & maintain reports (including folder maintenance).
Mandatory Skills
Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Excellent analysis and problem‑solving skills.
Detail‑oriented, self‑starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Great communication skills with an enthusiastic personality.
