Responsibilities
Create and manage changes to the system without interruption to the user.
Modify and configure the system to increase benefits and usability.
Daily administration and support of Salesforce, including managing multiple user setups, permission groups, and customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
CRUD management and maintenance of user and system licenses.
Monitor and manage exception logs for back‑end system integration with SFDC.
Qualifications
Salesforce.com Administrator Certification is required.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
5+ years of experience administering and supporting Salesforce, including managing user setups and permission groups.
5+ years experience in CRUD management and maintenance of user and system licenses.
Experience monitoring and managing exception logs for back‑end system integration with SFDC.
Certifications: Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Shield, Drawloop, Copado, ezProtect, OwnBackup, Metazoa Snapshot.
Requirements
