Business Development Manager What You'll Do

Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand Evntiv's client base.

Help identify and research new business opportunities and potential clients.

Work to cultivate and nurture relationships with key contacts to drive new business.

Assist in creating persuasive proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Support the sales pipeline by tracking leads, managing client data, and reporting on progress.

Work with clients to understand their event goals and help guide them through the planning process.

Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to develop innovative event concepts.

Help write and design proposals that clearly communicate event details, themes and value.

Support the presentation of event strategies to inspire confidence and enthusiasm in clients.

Assist in drafting contracts and managing project documentation.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to event execution.

Assist in researching industry trends and competitive insights to inform our sales approach.

What You're Expected to Bring

Experience in a related field: Minimum of 3 years in sales, event planning, marketing, or a similar role.

Relationship building skills: Naturally connecting with people and building trust.

A drive for results: Self‑motivated, organized and focused on achieving goals.

Excellent communication: Clearly and confidently presenting ideas both verbally and in writing.

Adaptability: Resourceful and handling new challenges with a positive attitude.

Passion for events: Genuine interest in the event industry and a desire to learn and grow.
