is hiring a full‑time, non‑licensed HVAC Tech. If you have experience and want to grow with an established, family‑owned company, this may be for you.

This role offers a competitive wage of up to

$40/hour

and a

$300 sign‑on bonus . The salary range is

$60,000 – $95,000

Responsibilities & Qualifications

4+ years of HVAC field experience

Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes

Removing old HVAC systems

Installing new HVAC systems

Performing routine maintenance

Training junior team members

Communicating with clients and customers

Ordering and maintaining equipment

Running pipe and duct systems through homes

Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams

Understanding refrigeration cycles

Interpreting technical data such as pressure and temperature

Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills

Self‑motivation, excellent communication, and service orientation

Respectful, punctual, reliable, and pride in workmanship
