Global Product Manager
Our client is seeking a Global Product Manager to own the commercial success and global performance of a diverse portfolio of industrial products. This role partners closely with sales, engineering, operations, and marketing teams across regions to translate customer needs into high-value, market-leading solutions. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a global, travel-heavy environment.
This role is onsite in Portland, Oregon.
Own the global performance and lifecycle of assigned products, ensuring strong market adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Act as a trusted product expert and customer advocate, supporting regional sales efforts and engaging directly with customers to identify needs and resolve issues.
Translate customer and market requirements into clear product documentation to guide development, enhancements, and prioritization.
Lead global market analysis and competitive assessments to inform product strategy, innovation, and long-term roadmap planning.
Partner cross-functionally with global sales, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure timely product development and customer-centric technical and sales materials.
Global Product Manager Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, with strong mechanical aptitude; advanced degree preferred.
10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or technical commercial roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to understand, apply, and communicate mechanical and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams and applying project management principles in a matrixed, global organization.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including domestic and international travel, to support global stakeholders and customers.
Salary: $110K-$140K/year + Bonus(DOE)
