What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Deliver against quarterly sales objectives by executing perfect store principles

Manage territory by recording weekly activity and customer insights in Salesforce

Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify growth opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with store owners and key customers

Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches

What is Required (Qualifications)

Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

Previous experience in grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service is preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
