Direct responsibility for retail sales, product demonstrations, and promotional sales events in the North Carolina region Supervise the national field sales representative team for assigned retail accounts, providing performance feedback and support Monitor, analyze, and report retail sales performance, identifying growth opportunities Execute promotional strategies and customer engagement initiatives at designated retail stores Build and maintain strong relationships with field store management and staff to foster brand affinity Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or retail marketing Proficient verbal communication skills to positively influence product knowledge and brand affinity Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong customer service orientation and effective relationship management skills Preferred Qualifications
